We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This is a conventional construction method parking lot with attached facilities such as a "Citizen Activity Plaza" and conference rooms on the first floor. Since it exceeds a total length of 100 meters, stairs leading to the elevator are provided in the central part of each floor. Part of the exterior wall is constructed with louvers! Here we introduce a case study of the MIHO MUSEUM multi-story parking lot.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. To ensure that cherry blossoms can be seen from the parking lot in spring, part of the exterior wall was constructed with louvers. The exterior wall is finished with colored steel plates and louvers, and extruded cement boards were installed around the columns. The lighting on the rooftop level is selected to use fixtures that are not visible from the outside! We will introduce examples of construction for tenant-exclusive parking lots.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This is a parking lot exclusively for residents, surrounded by residential buildings and commercial facilities. To avoid steps on the first floor of the parking lot, a pedestrian ramp has been installed. For the lighting on the rooftop level, fixtures that are not visible from the outside were selected and installed at the back of the parking spaces. Using perforated folding panels on the exterior! Here is a case study of a self-parking facility for a condominium in Tsukuba City.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. By using perforated folded plates for the exterior walls, we achieved a highly open parking facility. We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This is a low-slope continuous inclined floor type that utilizes the terrain along the national highway bypass. The exterior walls feature a calm two-tone color, and the stairwell is adorned with aluminum louvers. A staircase leading to the elevator shaft has been installed in the intermediate section of the rooftop. We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This is a store-attached parking lot that adopts a flat type with a gentle sloping ramp. The ramp has a gentle incline of 12%. We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. It has been finished with a chic color fence that matches the exterior of the apartment building. The doors leading to the external stairs of the elevator shafts on each floor display the floor number. The stairs are equipped with non-slip surfaces.
